Optional travel insurance is available at additional cost. ($29.00 for individual fares up to $500.00, and $59.00 for individual fares $501.00 or over).

Hopefully, we can fill all 48 cabins but after the second deposit due date the cruise agent will have to release any cabins without a deposit back to Royal Caribbean. She cannot hold cabins after the second payment due date. If a late comer comes along and wants to come on the cruise, the price will be at Royal Caribbean's prevailing retail rate.

These prices are all per person double occupancy (two per cabin).  A single without a roommate would have to pay the cruise fare portion double but the port charges, taxes and gratuity would only be paid once (not double).

First deposit of $75.00 ($150 per cabin) or more due by May 1, 2009 (check or credit card)

Second payment of $175.00 or more due by June 15, 2009 (check or credit card)

Final payment is due NO LATER than Friday, July 3, 2009 (credit card only)

Please note that all deposits are fully refundable up until 59 days prior to sailing. After that, penalties apply after that.

Please make sure you give your full name, address, e-mail address, birthdate and telephone number if sending a check

Please note that credit cards are the preferred method of payment  because if you need a refund, your card is credited immediately. Cash refunds take six to eight weeks. 

PASSPORT!    One of those new wallet passport cards will NOT get you back into the USA if you have to be flown back due to an emergency.  So take a real passport!
