Selbyville man celebrates 100 years

A Selbyville man is celebrating his 100th birthday today – and will be honored by
the state.  Harold Tingle served in World War II and is a D-Day survivor.  At
home he worked for Senator Bunting’s family and lived on his own until 10 years
ago – he now lives at the Delmar Nursing Home.  Lt Governor Matt Denn will
present Tingle with a proclamation from the state this afternoon.
