"The property is located on Delaware Route 17, just outside of Selbyville. 
Route 17 is the road that goes to Roxana and on toward Bethany Beach. It's just
past the Philip Showell Middle School, Elementary School outside of 
Selbyville. The first crossroad, if you turn right, you go to Bishopville, 
Maryland, or over to Delaware Route 54. If you turn left you come in what use 
to be the old Selbyville Road, between Selbyville and Roxana. But it's called
now Polly Branch Road because it was always known as Polly Branch. It's just a
few hundred feet from the main Delaware Route 17. 

In the same interview the Peppers describe a "big graveyard that is right next 
to our farm where Wm's son Eby Layton and Huldah Morris, his wife, are buried. 
Also....William Layton and Nancy...there are only two tombs but there were 78 
graves at one time...graves were marked at that time with stonings..."
