To wife Nancy, the use of all my lands, being part of 2 tracts called "Holland's
Adventure" and "Dubbleton" [Dublin] at her disposal until son Ebe Layton arrives
at age 21. son Robert my home place. If wife marries, sons should have guardian in
order to keep lands. Wife Nancy personal property, at her death to my 3 daughters:
Nancy, Lovey, Merriday. To my daughter Shaday Hitchens,- 1 shilling Ex: Wife Nancy
