As this was a DE property the plat is not online. Since acreage is different above & below, there must have been a resurvey bet 1817 and 1823.
There are 2 Elis it could be: Eli 1771-1850+ and Eli 1798-1870+. I speculate that Eli 1771 was son of John Sr. and Eli 1798 (called Eli Jr.) was the son of Eli 1771. Eli named a dau Annie (after his mother?).

Indenture between John Campbell Sr and Amey his wife of Sussex Co., Delaware of the one part and William Murray of the same place the other part.  Witnesseth that John Campbell and Amey his wife for and in consideration of $250 to them part of a tract called CAMPBELL DISCOVERY date of survey 1816 situated in Baltimore Hundred. 100 acres more or less.  John (his mark) Campbell, Amey (her mark) Campbell.

John Campbell Sr. d intestate bet. Dec 1793 - May 1794. Nancy was admin, probably his wife; Nancy was a nickname for Ann. [Sussex Calendar of Wills]. So I think Amey of the DEED should be transcribed Annie.
