Mitchell Bunting Dec�d Petition for Division of Real Estate To Nicholas Ridgely chancellor of the State of Delaware now composing the orphans court, in and for the county of Sussex. The petition of John Hudson and Charlotte his wife Humbly show that Mitchell Bunting late of Sussex County aforesaid deceased, died intestate, on or about the (blank) day of (blank) one thousand eight hundred and sixteen (sic) being at the time of his death, owner of a certain tract of Land situate in Baltimore hundred containing about twenty fiveacres adjoining lands of the heirs of John Bunting and Jackson Bunting and others That the said Mitchell Bunting left to survive him a Widow named Dolly since dead and five children, to wit Charlotte now the wife of John Hudson the Petitioner.... appointees T.
