All my lands should be rented out and improvements kept up
until my sons Walter Buntin and Elijah Buntin arrive at age 21.
The money arising from the rent to support my wife and all my 
children.  To Walter Buntin land called FRIEND'S ASSISTANCE,
land I bought of Zadock Selby. To Elijah Buntin, land bought 
of John Holloway's heirs. The rest of my estate to be divided
between my wife and children in 6 equal parts: Wife Elifall(?), 
Son Marshall Buntin, Daughter Nancy Buntin, Daughter Kitty Buntin,
Daughter Betsy Buntin, Daughter Mary Buntin.
