Nathaniel Cropper. Shows on map #30 St. Martin's district #5, at the DE line. 
Looks like part of this was in DE. Pieces seem to have separate histories.

1757 Samuel Hudson willed this to his grandaus Esther (Walters) Hudson Davis 
and Mary Mumford. Esther's half was sold half to John Tull and half to John 
Walker who were both wit of John Holloway III's Sx LWT.

1780 100A Friends Assistance John Holloway of MD from Levi Lynch, Sx (to Levi 
by his fa Abraham (sic=Alexander), northern most side of said tract) Wit: Adam

1782 John Holloway was taxed in Balt Hd. Sx DE [17872 tax List]

1787 John Holloway III DE LWT willed 100A to John Scholfield. I don't know why. 
Have not found record of either of his 2 daus Eby and Mary marrying Scholfield.
