20 acres,  pt of a larger tract BUCKRIDGE, formerly in Wor. MD now in Sussex DE
Original patent 5 Feb 1749 granted to Samuel Smallwwood(sic) bounded on the NW of
the Cnty Rd from Snow Hill up to Frame's Sawmill, containing 52 acres.
The part being sold is bounded by a road leading from John Hudson's to the Cnty
Rd. towards Verdiman's, containing 20 acres.
John Dennis appoints Wm Peery or John Wise Batson his attorney.
