Jane Ann Long, 71
Jane Ann Long, 71, of Frankford, Del., passed away suddenly Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at home. She was a tax accountant for H&R Block in Millsboro and Selbyville, retiring in Feb. 2010, after 24 years of service.
She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Bethany Beach and the Roxana Moose Lodge.
Long was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Robert P. Long, Sr. She is survived by her three children, Timothy Michael Long and his wife Diane of Atlanta, Ga., Robert P. Long, Jr. and his wife Linda of Frankford, Del., Karissa Ann Steiner and her husband Billy of Ashdown, Ark.; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews and multiple family members.
Services are set for Saturday, June 19, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services on Thatcher Street in Frankford, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Burial will be held on Monday, June 21, 2010, at 12 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Cemetery Fountain Springs in Ashland, Pa.
