Elizabeth "Betty" J. Long

Age 85, of Selbyville died Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Atlantic Shores
 Nursing Home in Millsboro. 

She was born in Haines, NC and was the daughter of the late Posey L. and Bertha 
Mae (Collins) Cundiff.
She was a homemaker and a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Selbyville.
She is survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Long in 1984, a son, Robert 
Rupert in 1998; a daughter, Frances Hurtt in 1974; two brothers, Posey L. Cundiff 
Jr. and James R. Cundiff and a sister, Evelyn C. Norris.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 19 at HASTINGS 
FUNERAL HOME in Selbyville with Rev. Dr. James Van Der Wall officiating. 
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. on Monday. 
Burial will be in Redmen's Cemetery in Selbyville at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salem United Methodist Church, 
P.O. Box 410, Selbyville, DE 19975.
