Ocean View-Oneida I. Justice, age 83, of Ocean View, DE passed away surrounded by her family at the Delaware Hospice Center on Saturday, September 9, 2017. 

She was born February 19, 1934 in Williamsville, DE to the late Flossie Jackson and Vernon Magee.

Oneida was an avid NASCAR fan and had a lover of wildlife and country music. Oneida along with her late husband Paul E. Justice were the founders of Paul's Paving, Inc. of Ocean View, DE.

Oneida is survived by three children, Michael Paul Justice of Dagsboro, Paula Jean Marvel of Frankford and Gail Lynn Lednum of Selbyville. She is also survived by six grandsons and ten great grandchildren.

The family of Oneida I. Justice wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Delaware Hospice and the caregivers of Griswold.

A visitation will be held from 10 AM to 12 noon on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Rd., Ocean View, DE 19970, where the funeral services will begin at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Carey's Cemetery in Frankford, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Oneida's name to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
