Howard T. Jarvis, 99

Howard T. Jarvis, 99, of Selbyville, Del., died Monday, Jan.10, 2011.
He was an accountant with the Department of the Army and was a member of the
Kiwanis Club. He was also a World War II Army veteran.

Jarvis was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Anna (Wright) Jarvis; his
wife, Lois E. Jarvis; son, Stephen H. Jarvis; brother, Alvin Jarvis; and sister,
Betty Bridges. He is survived by a daughter, Judith J. Greene of Ocean View,
Del.; grandchildren, John Greene and Jim Greene; great-grandchildren, Alex and
Gabrielle Greene, and Madison and Jack Greene; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were to be held at a later date. Donations may be made in memory of
Jarvis to the Brandywine Employee Fund; Brandywine Assisted Living at Fenwick
Island; 21111 Arrington Dr.; Selbyville, DE 19975.
