Jane Mears Horner, 86, of Selbyville, formerly of Bridgeville, died on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Coastal Hospice At The Lake
in Salisbury. Born on February 9, 1927 in Selbyville, she was the daughter of the late Lorenzo Lee Mears and Laura Wilson Mears.

Jane loved God, her family and friends and her husband, Donald H. Horner, who was her best friend and soul mate.

She is also survived by her children, Mike Hoch (Donna), Christy Watts (Bob) and Bruce Horner (Kathleen); a sister, Bettilee 
Carmine (Terry); and a sister-in-law, Marian Mears; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, 
all of whom have their own story of Mom-Mom / Aunt Jane.

She was also preceded in death by her beloved brother, Russell Mears.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle, 337 Tilghman
Road, Salisbury, MD 21804 with Rev. Lou Bradley officiating.
