Robert M. Davis Robert M. Davis, 68, of Selbyville died Monday, April 14, 2014, at Berlin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Berlin. He was born in Milford and was the son of Mary Jane (Markley) Davis of Selbyville and the late John R. Davis. Robert retired as a dispatcher at Perdue in Salisbury. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, the Single Action Shooting Society (SASS) and past Sachem of the Wissahickon Tribe 20 of the Redmen, past Great Sachem of the State of Delaware Improved Order of the Redmen and he was a former member of the Lions. He was also a life member of the NRA and enjoyed being a Western re-enactor known as "Cowboy Bob." In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Betty S. Davis of Selbyville; a daughter, Margo Davis of Columbus, Ga.; two sons, Charles Blevins of Selbyville and Jason Blevins of Dagsboro; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 24, at 2 p.m. at Hastings Funeral Home in Selbyville, where friends may call an hour before the service. The Rev. Clay Mormon will be officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure , 125 South 9th St., Suite 202, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
